Vacancy: Enhanced Teaching Assistant - Permanent
Salary: Grade 5, Point 7 (£26,403) – Point 12 (£28,598) term time only plus 10 days pro-rata salary (£23,864 to Point 12 £25,848)
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Contract: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, caring, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
The successful candidate will have high expectations of pupils and a strong commitment to raising standards. Experience working within Early Years and/or Key Stage 1 is desirable.
You will be someone who can build positive relationships with children and adults, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. A calm, patient, and compassionate approach is essential, alongside a passion for making learning fun, exciting, and accessible for all.
We are looking for someone who:

- Is self-motivated, reliable, and positive in their approach
- Has excellent communication skills
- Works effectively as part of a team
- Is able to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) effectively
