Chadwick Celebration Awards 2026
Staff Recognition & Celebration

Chadwick Celebration Awards

Celebration is one of the key values of Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust.

Our annual Chadwick Celebration Awards began in 2022 and provide an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the valuable and inspiring contributions made by colleagues across our Trust.

The awards bring our schools and central teams together to showcase staff who make a positive difference to pupils, colleagues, schools and communities.

Our Mission Better Schools, Better Communities, Better Futures in Christ.
Recognise Recognising colleagues whose commitment and contribution make a difference across our Trust.
Celebrate Celebrating the achievements, dedication and professionalism of staff across our schools and teams.

Inspirational Staff Award

Nominated by our pupils.

The Inspirational Staff Award gives our pupils the opportunity to recognise a member of staff who has made a positive difference to them or to their school community.

Pupils can nominate anyone who works within their school, including the Headteacher, teachers, teaching assistants, office staff, kitchen staff and caretaking teams.

The award celebrates someone who is positive, enthusiastic and has gone above and beyond to support pupils. This might include providing additional support, being a consistent friendly face, creating new opportunities or championing pupil causes within school.

What makes a strong nomination?

Nominations should explain the person’s role within the school, give examples of what they have done, describe the impact they have had on pupils and explain why they deserve to receive the award. Nominations should be between 50 and 200 words.
