Helen is a qualified HR professional (FCIPD) with over 20 years post qualification experience latterly as an HR Director within the private sector. In 2020 she returned to the North East to set up her own HR consultancy helping businesses to align their organisation to meet the needs of their strategy. She specialises in sustainable business transformation.
Helen has many happy memories and is proud to have been a pupil of St. Aloysius Infants, St. James Juniors and St Joseph’s Catholic Academy.
