Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust (previously named Northern Saints Catholic Education Trust) was established in February 2016, currently there are twenty-nine schools within the Trust.

Based in the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle, the Trust has grown significantly over the last two years with a further five schools due to join the Trust this year.

Directors are seeking an HR professional with significant experience of supporting complex casework, preferably within education or a public sector environment. The post holder will advise on all aspects of HR casework, from absence management to restructures. The successful candidate will be required to manage their caseload and work independently with support from the Trust People Manager and Chief People Officer.

Reporting to the People Manager and working alongside a small team of HR professionals, the successful candidate will be based at the Trust Head Office, Evolve Business Centre, Cygnet Way, Rainton Bridge South Business Park, DH4 5QY, with a significant proportion of time in schools.  The successful candidate must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post which will include visits to schools during the working day, as some of our schools are located in small villages and towns, access to own transport is a requirement.
