The Governors of this successful, happy school are seeking to appoint an experienced Administration and Finance Assistant with relevant experience in a school or similar environment to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the school.

Governors seek an individual who:
• Has an outstanding record of working well within a team, demonstrating a positive  attitude and enthusiasm.
• Has sound mathematical  and literacy skills.
• Has good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a comprehensive knowledge of ICT, preferably including SIMs and purchase ordering systems

  • Will work in sympathy with our Catholic ethos
  • Can work as part of a job share.

Key responsibilities of this role will include reception and clerical support, pupil data management, order processing, financial reporting, stock management and management of the school meals system.
