6 left Over Hot Cross Buns
200g Lemon Curd
200 mil Cream
200 mil Milk
4 Tbsp Cater Sugar
- Cut buns and sandwich back together with butter and lemon curd.
- Arrange in a buttered dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar and the remainder of the lemon curd.
- Pour over buns.
- Leave to soak for 15-20 mins.
- Place in a dish and add hot water halfway.
- Bake in preheated oven 160c for 35-40 mins.
